Business Development Representative (Portugese/English Fluent)

📋 Description

• Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps via calls, emails, campaigns
• Prospect and build relationships in Brazil in Portuguese and English
• Identify client needs and suggest solutions
• Seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings between clients and Account Executive
• Report to the BDR Manager on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Stay up-to-date with new products, services and pricing
• Seek ways to incorporate automation in daily work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field
• 6-12+ months in a sales role (internship counted)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written & spoken)
• Experience with Portuguese-speaking Brazil market is preferred
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Automation-first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Salesforce experience is a plus
