Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns.
Prospect, engage, and build relationships with customers across Latin American markets
Identify clients' needs and suggest solutions.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Account Executive.
Report to the BDR Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field.
6–12+ months of experience in a sales role (internship counted).
Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Experience with Latin American markets preferred.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Automation-first mindset.
