📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads and identify qualified sales opportunities to support growth of retail
• Contact every new North American lead within one business day through phone calls and emails
• Engage independent retail store owners, franchisees, and other retail decision-makers to understand

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development
• Strong telephone prospecting, lead qualification, and discovery skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional approach when engaging business
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage large volumes of
