Business Development Representative - Sales and Demo Support

📋 Description

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
• Respond to inbound leads from marketing initiatives and partner referrals
• Support Syntax Direct and traditional/custom index business, including outreach and early-stage
• Communicate Syntax’s value across product lines, including direct indexing and data methodology
• Maintain CRM (Hubspot) records and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Index teams to refine outreach and share feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to learn and explain financial technology, index, and investment concepts
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of investment management, RIAs, financial advisors, ETFs, indices, or wealth
