Business Development Representative (South Europe & Africa)

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential enterprise customers within Oil & Gas, Chemicals and other
• Use email, phone, LinkedIn, events and creative approaches to start conversations with the right
• Understand companies, markets, business challenges and key stakeholders to make outreach relevant
• Ask the right questions, understand customer needs and turn promising conversations into qualified
• Work with Account Executives, Marketing and other teams to develop accounts and hand over qualified
• Contribute ideas, market insights and feedback to refine go-to-market approach

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, French or Arabic, combined with strong English communication skills
• Based in the EU, ideally in the Netherlands
• Experience in Business Development, Sales Development, SDR/BDR or similar commercial role
• A genuine hunter mentality - enjoys creating opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage with senior decision-makers
• Structured and data-driven approach to building and managing pipeline
