• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across an assigned territory to generate qualified meetings
• Identify and develop both new-logo opportunities and expansion opportunities within existing
• Research target organizations, identify relevant decision-makers, uncover business triggers, and
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business needs, qualify prospects, and create
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for BDR-sourced Sales Accepted
• Build and execute multi-channel prospecting sequences using phone, email, social selling, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience in a technology-industry outbound sales development or business
• Strong phone presence, active listening skills, persuasive communication, and excellent written
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of prospecting activity while maintaining
• Experience independently executing outbound sequences across multiple channels, including calls
• Strong research and prioritization skills, with the ability to identify relevant accounts
• Proven initiative, resilience, and persistence when navigating prospecting challenges and setbacks.
