📋 Description

• Identify EU and international funding opportunities in areas such as recycling, waste management
• Research and map potential partners including municipalities, public utilities, NGOs, and companies
• Analyze funding requirements, budgets, and eligibility criteria
• Support the development of concept notes and draft grant proposals
• Contribute to building a portfolio of priority projects in Serbia and neighboring markets

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional (Economics, Business
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure and summarize complex information
• Interest in sustainability, green transition, and international/EU funding
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with mentorship support
• Good written and spoken English, with confidence to use it in day-to-day communication and
• No prior experience required, but any exposure to research, projects, or sustainability topics is
