Business Development Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Identify cross-product opportunities spanning Treasury, Core and Prime.
• Build distribution partnerships enabling yield-bearing assets via Treasury.
• Develop a pipeline of Treasury clients who buy Ripple rails.
• Collaborate with RLUSD to fit RLUSD in treasury workflow and partnerships.
• Track what TMS players are doing in stablecoins and digital assets for competitive positioning.
• Build CFO/Treasurer relationships at large accounts with strategic entry points.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business development or partnerships in enterprise fintech and treasury tech.
• Familiar with corporate treasury: cash, liquidity, banks, FX and TMS.
• Familiar with digital assets, stablecoins and tokenization; able to discuss with CFOs and bring in specialists.
• Proven ability to create opportunities from ambiguity without a playbook.
• Strong network across corporate treasury and enterprise fintech.
• Clear, direct communication with senior executives.
