📋 Description

• Contribute to Capital Markets strategy; position XRPL as a leading blockchain for institutional markets.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks, investment firms, and CM institutions to drive blockchain adoption.
• Identify and pursue opportunities at the intersection of traditional capital markets and blockchain technology.
• Lead complex deal negotiations with senior executives at major financial institutions; manage lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to develop use cases, solutions, and product-market fit.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, proposals, and pitches to attract partners and showcase Ripple's value to institutional audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in capital markets with traditional finance experience at banks or asset managers.
• Demonstrated experience with digital assets, blockchain tech, and their institutional use.
• Proven track record closing complex deals and developing first-of-a-kind partnerships.
• Established network of capital markets contacts, including senior executives.
• Strong business development and deal-making; experience managing full partner lifecycle.
• Ability to rapidly grasp complex tech products and communicate value to institutional partners.
