Serve as primary field support for distributor activities, aligning with strategies.
Support product launches with distributors to drive adoption in key accounts.
Gather and report field market intelligence to the Country Manager.
Select, train, and develop staff; provide ongoing feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; 3+ years in Medical Devices.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare market and medical devices in the region.
Experience conducting workshops and hands-on product demos in hospitals.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple activities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians, nurses, and distributors.
Travel up to 70%; English proficiency preferred.
