📋 Description

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global markets.
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, gateways, fintech partners, and growth channels.
• Drive end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead gen, pitching, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Card, Fiat, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing to scale use cases.
• Develop regional GTM strategies for crypto/fiat flows.
• Support cross-border payments: settlement, payouts, and merchant integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in payments/fintech/PSP/acquiring/merchant growth/crypto BD.
• Long-term overseas work or study experience (must-have).
• Strong understanding of local rails, fiat/crypto flows, card programs, and merchant needs.
• Demonstrated success in driving regional growth or launching payment products.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Native local language proficiency + strong English communication skills.
