📋 Description

• Conduct field medical visits with distributors to educate on Penumbra's products.
• Plan, organize, and run hands-on sessions, workshops, and in-hospital training.
• Support distributor activities aligned with Penumbra's commercial and clinical strategies.
• Drive product launches with distributors to boost adoption in key accounts.
• Gather market intelligence from the field for the Country Manager.
• Maintain effective distributor communications and training consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; 3+ years in Medical Devices (Sales/Clinical Support/Training).
• Knowledge of healthcare market and medical device industry in the region.
• Experience with workshops, training, or product demonstrations in hospitals and with distributors.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; engage physicians, nurses, and distributor teams.
• Ability to travel extensively across assigned region (up to 70%).
