📋 Description

• Conduct field medical visits with distributors to educate on Penumbra products.
• Plan, run hands-on sessions, workshops, and in-hospital product training.
• Act as primary field support for distributor activities.
• Support product launches in assigned region; drive adoption in key accounts.
• Gather and report market intelligence to the Country Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with distributors for consistent messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related; 3+ years in Medical Devices.
• Experience in field education and product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of healthcare market and regional medical device industry.
• Experience conducting workshops or hands-on demos in hospitals/distributors.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%; English proficiency preferred.
