Business Development Specialist - ISO Certification

📋 Description

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on new business leads
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients
• Promote ISO certification services including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and submit commercial proposals
• Manage client relationships and drive renewals throughout certification cycles
• Maintain pipeline records in Salesforce and prepare weekly sales reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related
• 5-6 years professional experience in sales or business development
• 2-3 years experience with an ISO certification body strongly preferred
• Good understanding of ISO certification processes and key standards
• Proven B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, and client management
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage
