Business Development Specialist - UK

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contacts, leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Support lead research, initial qualification, allocation and follow-up activities, responses on
• Organise customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate NDAs, proposals, agreements and other business development documents.
• Track opportunities, outstanding actions and customer engagement progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and other CRM systems, including maintaining accurate records
• Previous experience in robotics, automation, AI, or other innovative technology-driven industries
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and work
• Strong organisational and coordination skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to
• Comfortable working closely with Business Development, Legal, Engineering, Product, and other teams
