• Join a frontier team building cutting-edge tech to solve complex problems.
• Build/maintain Postgres backend (Supabase); Python pipelines; data sync.
• End-to-end projects: define the problem, build, ship, iterate.
• Build internal tools for ops/business; Next.js a plus but not required.
• Pull data, analyze, surface insights; find the story in numbers.
• Build and improve AI agents in production; more reliable, cheaper, maintainable.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong with Python; SQL, Next.js or JS framework bonus.
• Shipped agents; wired tool calls with a real harness; show results.
• Side projects you built from zero to one.
• Experience in fast-moving environments; comfortable starting without a brief.
• Able to discuss problems with engineers and ops teams.
• Curious by default; you dig into why things broke.
