📋 Description

• Expand depth and speed of deep-dive analyses on performance.
• Paris area preferred; deliver bi-monthly performance insights for EU Top Management.
• Ensure transparency on key global initiatives and campaigns.
• Support the Director in Cycle Planning to build efficient regional plans.
• Coordinate Sales Incentive Planning for commercial roles and affiliate alignment.
• Lead Customer Mapping for consistent segmentation and CRM qualification.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends and derive actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, particularly C-Level presentation skills
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and mixed teams from country managers to business analysts, product managers and medical teams
• Experience working in healthcare or fast-moving consumer products industries
• Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness approaches and development of omni-channel evolution across customer facing teams
