Business Expert (Planning)

📋 Description

• Acting as Business Expert for planning processes within Store and OMNI operations
• Owning and continuously improving planning methodologies, business processes and ways of working
• Translating sales, pieces and visitor plans into workload and capacity perspectives
• Supporting consistent and correct use of planning tools and processes across markets
• Collecting and documenting business requirements and improvement opportunities
• Creating clear process documentation, training materials and user guidance, and driving education

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience within planning, workforce planning, business controlling or OMNI
• Strong understanding of Store operations and how sales, pieces and visitor plans impact workload
• Experience working with structured planning processes and planning tools
• Strong business process understanding and ability to translate business needs into practical
• Experience creating process documentation, training materials and end-user guidance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
