Business Head - F&O

📋 Description

• Own F&O P&L; drive MTUs, retention, premium turnover, ARPU.
• Define growth strategies for acquiring, activating, engaging, and retaining F&O traders.
• Partner with Product to define the F&O roadmap: orders, margins, tools, pricing, analytics.
• Drive lifecycle marketing to boost trader activation, retention, wallet share.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and experiments.
• Track competition, market trends, and SEBI/exchange rules; adapt strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in stock broking with F&O/Derivatives.
• Deep understanding of options, futures, margining, and SEBI rules.
• Experience in product management, business growth, or marketing in broking/fintech.
• Proven track record driving MTUs, retention, ARPU or revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills: reporting, cohorts, experimentation.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
