🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
6 years above of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
Experience supporting commercial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or life sciences
Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders and influencing across functions and
