Partner with business leaders across Scandinavia as a trusted HR advisor
Serve as HR Country Lead for Denmark, with responsibility for work environment, culture
Help shape and drive Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Culture initiatives across
Facilitate team-building and leadership workshops across the region
Work closely with local and regional HR stakeholders, as well as HR Centers of Excellence such as
Support HR reporting and analytics to enable data-informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
5–7 years of relevant HR experience
Experience from a matrix organization
Ideally experience from the pharmaceutical or similar industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functions
