📋 Description

• Prepare and submit timely immigration-benefits requests under attorney supervision for corporate
• Draft complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and
• Review the work of more junior Business Immigration Analysts and provide guidance, mentoring, and
