📋 Description

• Draft, review, and finalize complex business immigration forms and supporting documentation with a
• Prepare and complete employment-based immigration filings, including I-129, PERM, I-140
• Review case information and supporting evidence to ensure packets are complete, consistent, and
• Ensure filings comply with current USCIS form instructions, fee schedules, procedural requirements
• Conduct thorough quality-control reviews to help minimize the risk of Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
• Organize and compile case files using clear, logical structures that enable seamless handoff to the

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal handling employment-based
• Demonstrated expertise with I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, and I-485 filings, including detailed
• Strong understanding of business and employment-based immigration case preparation and
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, training, or onboarding.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing legal documents, entering case
• Strong organizational and file-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple case
