• Role focused on data-driven business insights across teams.

• Experiment with AI-assisted insight workflows and patterns.
• Tell the story behind the numbers to CRO, CFO or Ops leaders.
• Create lightweight summaries and repeatable insight outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in analyst, insights, strategy or consulting.
• Fluency in two areas: commercial, financial or operational.
• AI-native working style; you already use LLMs in thinking.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; SQL useful but not essential.
• Familiar with NetSuite or Salesforce.
