📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Ops to understand decisions.
• Analyze data from commercial, finance and operations to connect business views.
• Use AI to compress synthesis from days into hours and keep metrics aligned.
• Tell the story behind the numbers for CRO/CFO/Head of Ops.
• Create lightweight summaries and repeatable insights for follow-on questions.
• Experiment with AI-assisted insights and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in analyst/insights/strategy/consulting across multiple functions.
• Fluency in two of: commercial, financial, operational.
• AI-native working style; uses LLMs as core thinking tool.
• Strong storytelling for CRO/CFO/Head of Ops.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting; SQL useful but not essential.
• B2B SaaS background; familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce.
