Business Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Use data from commercial, finance and operations systems to produce insights.
• Use AI to compress synthesis from days into hours and align key metrics.
• Tell the story behind the numbers for CROs, CFOs or Heads of Ops.
• Create lightweight summaries and repeatable insight outputs.
• Experiment with AI-assisted insight workflows and share findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in analyst/insights/strategy or consulting roles.
• Fluency in two of: commercial, financial, operational.
• AI-native working style; you use LLMs as core thinking.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling; adaptable framing for CRO/CFO/Head of Ops.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools; SQL useful but not essential.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or gifting/direct mail space.
