📋 Description

• Develop analytical reports via data mining, management, and analysis to spot trends.
• Create and maintain internal/external reporting schedules with timely delivery.
• Present reports and insights to internal teams and stakeholders in clear formats.
• Build dashboards and visuals using Power BI to support decisions.
• Validate and reconcile data quality across data sources.
• Document reporting processes to ensure transparency and repeatability.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 6 years in IT, data analytics, or related fields.
• Associate degree with 4 years’ related experience, or bachelor’s with 2 years.
• Experience conducting data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Knowledge of Power BI and experience creating dashboards/reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to identify trends and provide data-based recommendations.
