Business Intelligence Analyst / Manager

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards based on business
• Prepare recurring performance reports to track sales versus target, SFE KPIs, customer
• Create efficient reporting templates and standardized dashboards to support timely business reviews
• Support end users by explaining report logic, dashboard navigation, and data definitions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on sales, call activity, customer, CRM, AMI and other data via the agreed
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, data analysis, sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, data
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Veeva, Veeva PromoMats)
• Familiarity with data warehousing or data architecture concepts
