Business Intelligence Analyst, RTB

📋 Description

• Run the BI request intake and prioritization process — clarifying requirements and business value
• Manage multiple BI initiatives from intake through delivery, holding timelines, dependencies, and
• Coordinate QBRs and functional reviews for the BI organization, including content, metrics, and
• Build and run UAT plans with BI Developers and business stakeholders, tracking feedback and defects
• Maintain the operating rhythm for the team – planning sessions, backlog and project reviews, status

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency running technical programs with multiple moving parts, using tools like Jira or Asana.
• Good judgment in prioritization conversations: sequencing trade-offs, pushing back when the queue
• Working knowledge of BI and analytics concepts, tools, and development processes, including
• Strong communication skills to make complex technical work legible and compelling to non-technical
• Comfort working primarily in-office in Santa Clara.
