Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics, covering data modeling, metric definitions
• Establish and govern a trusted single source of truth for key revenue metrics, including pipeline
• Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting for weekly and
• Evaluate and manage BI tools, balancing build-versus-buy decisions, cost, scalability, and
• Translate ad hoc questions from commercial and executive stakeholders into structured, reusable
• Develop pipeline health, funnel, productivity, cohort, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or a related field
• Proven experience owning BI strategy and delivery, including defining how an organization measures
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, CRM-driven reporting, and SaaS revenue metrics such
• Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to constructively
