Business Intelligence Associate

📋 Description

• Monitor the health of the business via tools such as anomaly detection software and dashboards, and
• Hourly and daily real-time monitoring of revenue trends
• Assess revenue declines to find root causes and verify if associated with product releases
• Share insights and learnings on trends with stakeholders for strategic planning and GTM execution
• Allocate identified causes to corresponding teams and assess next actions
• Inform Network Operations Center team to trigger P1/P2 alerts based on severity of revenue decline

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Communication skills to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Technical skills: Excel, Looker, MYSQL, forecasting, impact measurement, AB Testing
• Knowledge of Excel macro/VBA, Python, and Ad Tech experience is good to have
• Experience with GenAI-based tools like Cursor and Claude is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis
