Business Intelligence Associate

📋 Description

• Work with the product and machine learning team to automate the process of manual forecasting and
• Detect anomalies/issues early, identify root causes, and track revenue and spend trends on
• Coordinate with multiple teams to fix problems with rollouts/releases and ensure leadership always
• Share insights and learnings on trends with broader stakeholder set for strategic planning and GTM
• Monitor business health via anomaly detection software and dashboards, keeping cross-functional
• Conduct hourly/daily real-time monitoring of hourly trends and assess revenue declines to find root

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics
• 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis or similar role preferred.
• Communication skills: ability to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical
• Problem solving: strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, working with ambiguous data.
• Attention to detail: high accuracy and detail in all work.
• Technical skills: Excel, Looker, MYSQL, forecasting, impact measurement, A/B testing (must have).
