Business Intelligence Associate

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reporting templates within internal systems based on commercial team
• Diagnose and resolve issues across data sources, reporting platforms, and delivery systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality report delivery; monitor generation processes and fix
• Communicate effectively with local and regional commercial stakeholders on reporting and delivery
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve system-related reporting issues.
• Manage MSD tickets within SLA, ensuring prompt, high-quality responses to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Basic understanding of database concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs.
