• Report Management & Delivery: Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) report delivery, specifically
• Report Development & Enhancements: Design and develop new reports and implement change requests
• Business Intelligence & Data Visualization: Leverage BI tools to create interactive dashboards
• Process Optimization & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes
• Strategic Support: Assist the Business Intelligence Lead in driving BI revenue growth and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Diploma or Degree) in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Basic understanding of database concepts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs
