Partner with Finance to translate business questions into data-driven insights for planning.
Lead end-to-end analytics: define requirements, build data models, deliver dashboards.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track financial and GTM metrics.
Analyze customer, revenue, and product data to identify growth and churn trends.
Use SQL, Python, and Azure Fabric to prepare data and automate reporting.
Validate data accuracy; align KPI definitions across Finance and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

4–7 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or related data role.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Fivetran in production.
Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, and transforming structured data.
Familiarity with CRM data structures, Salesforce objects, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical or business field; Master’s preferred.
Proficient in Power BI and Python for data analysis.
