📋 Description

• Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain BI tools and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business operations within the Trading room.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Collaborate with Support, Risk and Fraud, Product, Technology, clients, and suppliers to align objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a similar BI/analyst role.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; interpret complex data.
• Proficient in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented; proactive in solving business challenges.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
