Business Intelligence Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the regional Commercial Business Intelligence strategy, including ownership of Power BI
• Manage and develop two direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and support to deliver
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities that support revenue growth, forecasting accuracy
• Own and govern commercial data ecosystems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, consistency, and
• Drive the strategic roadmap for CRM and commercial systems, including enhancements, integrations
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business leaders to translate business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence
• Proven experience supporting sales organizations and improving revenue performance through data and
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, SQL, KPI
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or comparable systems
