Business Intelligence Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain CT's KPI dashboards and data infrastructure across T&S and CX.
• Build and deliver MBR data, QBR metrics, and financial analysis for leadership.
• Develop cost and demand forecasting models for staffing, budgeting, and capacity.
• Partner with Data Science, Community Health, and engineering to maintain data sources and scalable dashboards.
• Track AI automation impact on volumes and costs; surface findings to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or operational reporting in cross-functional teams.
• SQL proficiency with at least one data viz tool (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker).
• Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting infrastructure used for cross-team decisions.
• Experience with cost modeling, forecasting, or workforce analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior managers.
