📋 Description

Own CT's KPI dashboards and data infrastructure
Build MBR and QBR metrics and financial analysis
Develop cost and demand forecasting models for staffing
Partner with Data Science, Community Health, and Eng to maintain data sources
Track AI automation impact on volumes, costs, and capacity

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in BI, data analytics, or ops reporting
Proficient in SQL and at least one viz tool (QS/Tableau/Looker)
Experience building dashboards used by multiple teams
Experience in cost modeling, forecasting, or workforce analytics
Strong written and verbal communication to senior leaders
