Business Intelligence Manager

📋 Description

• Own CT KPI dashboards and data infrastructure for T&S and CX.
• Build MBR/QBR metrics and financial analysis for stakeholders.
• Develop cost and demand forecasting models for staffing and budgeting.
• Partner with DS, Community Health, and Eng to maintain data sources and intake.
• Track AI automation impact on volumes, costs, and capacity; present findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years BI, analytics, or operational reporting in cross-functional env.
• SQL proficiency with a viz tool (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker).
• Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting infra used for decisions.
• Experience with cost modeling, forecasting, or workforce analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior managers and partners.
