Own and maintain CT's core KPI dashboards and data infrastructure.
Ensure leadership has accurate, timely visibility into T&S and CX performance.
Build and deliver CT's MBR data, QBR metrics, and financial analysis.
Develop cost and demand forecasting models for vendor staffing and budget.
Partner with Data Science and engineering to maintain data sources and dashboards.
Track AI automation impact on volumes and costs; surface findings to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in BI, data analytics, or operational reporting.
SQL and at least one viz tool (QuickSight/Tableau/Looker).
Experience building dashboards used by multiple teams for decisions.
Experience with cost modeling, demand forecasting, or workforce analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior managers and cross-functional partners.
