📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and performance for a Consumer area.
• Drive product-led growth across users, revenue, margin, and P&L.
• Launch new products, features, markets, or customer propositions.
• Build business cases: market size, demand, economics, risk.
• Partner with Tech product leads to define and ship features.
• Lead GTM plans with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in GM/business lead/product/growth/strategy in fintech or crypto.
• Proven ability to influence revenue, users, margins, or P&L.
• Strong analytical skills: modeling, pricing, funnels, unit economics.
• Strong product judgment; work with Product and Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Clear communication to align senior stakeholders on strategy.
