📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for Consumer.
• Drive product-led growth across users, revenue, margin, retention.
• Launch new products, features, markets, or customer propositions.
• Build business cases: market size, demand, economics, risk.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to define and ship customer features.
• Lead go-to-market with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in GM/business lead/product/growth/strategy in fintech or crypto.
• Proven ability to own or influence revenue, users, margins, or P&L.
• Strong analytical skills: pricing, unit economics, funnels, profitability.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work with Product and Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Clear communication to align senior stakeholders around strategy.
