Business Lead

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and commercial performance of a strategic product, market, or customer segment
• Identify high-potential opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, competitive
• Develop and test clear hypotheses for driving users, activity, volume, revenue, balances
• Build compelling business cases covering market potential, customer demand, product requirements
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to define priorities and launch customer-facing products
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams to take

🎯 Requirements

• A strong track record in crypto, fintech, investing, product, growth, strategy, consulting, or
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, products, platforms, and customer behaviour. We are looking for
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, with the intellectual curiosity to go deep into
• Commercial judgment and comfort working with business models, pricing, funnels, unit economics
• The ability to develop clear, original views and support them with data, customer insight, and
• Strong product instinct and the ability to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
