Business Lead, Revenue Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales/finance/ops/product on strategic projects to boost revenue.
• Program manage critical initiatives shaping the LCS business.
• Develop and recommend GTM strategies with senior sales and cross-functional leaders.
• Track data and reports on pipeline, productivity, and forecasting.
• Build automation and scalability; optimize processes and systems integration.
• Develop analytics to plan short and long-term resource needs.
• Oversee annual and quarterly planning for LCS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in sales ops, business ops, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy & operations; digital advertising/media exp preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and advanced analytics; synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Lead across sales/finance/product/marketing; cross-functional influence.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and securing buy-in for initiatives.
• CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/BigQuery); SQL required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and program management; manage multiple projects.
• Adaptable and resilient in ambiguous environments.
