Business Lead Service Operations – ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Developing and realizing the business strategy for the ServiceNow Service Operations Practice in
• Acting as Senior Advisor to key clients, understanding their business and technological challenges
• Managing demanding pre-sales activities – from developing solution concepts to RFPs, proposals
• Connecting functional requirements with technical possibilities using deep understanding of the
• Supporting the building and development of the Service Operations Practice, promoting consultants
• Monitoring quality, profitability and customer satisfaction of projects while strengthening

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow portfolio, particularly ITSM, ITOM, Hardware Asset Management
• Proven experience in Business Development, building or leading a practice, or comparable strategic
• Ability to translate complex technical matters into clear business value and communicate
• Enjoy developing teams and consultants, taking responsibility and building sustainable customer
• Fluent in German and English; ideally experience with additional ServiceNow solutions like HRSD or
