📋 Description

• Lead and develop Territory Business Managers across the Mid-Atlantic market, fostering trust
• Provide ongoing field coaching, feedback, performance management, and individualized development
• Translate national brand and indication strategies into clear, actionable priorities aligned with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical sales or commercial leadership experience, including
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to achieve ambitious commercial
• Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, or biologics markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, scientific, and business acumen, particularly within Neurology and Rheumatology.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare and payer landscape, including specialty distribution

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary hiring range of $204,000–$280,500.
