Business Manager – AI

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a commercially focused AI, data and predictive intelligence roadmap aligned
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through discovery, solution architecture, development, pilot
• Translate operational and asset-management challenges into practical, secure and scalable
• Build predictive asset intelligence capabilities using inspection, sensor, operational, engineering
• Establish clear stage gates and provide evidence-based recommendations on whether initiatives
• Partner with business and commercial leaders to turn proven capabilities into repeatable offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience across AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, data, software
• A strong record of taking complex technology solutions from concept into production, adoption and
• Experience in asset-intensive sectors such as industrial services, infrastructure, energy, water
• Commercialisation experience covering customer discovery, business cases, pilots, pricing, service
• Strong technical judgement across AI/ML, data engineering, software architecture, systems
• Knowledge of contemporary AI applications, including predictive modelling, anomaly detection
