Business Manager- Texas & Chicago Markets

📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Chicago & Texas markets
• Own meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-through for recurring leadership cadences
• Support the market in driving practice-level strategic initiatives from kickoff to completion
• Partner with FP&A, Staffing, and Recruiting to support headcount tracking and workforce planning
• Support the connective tissue between the Chicago & Texas markets and Marketing and BD
• Partner with the FP&A team to support financial reporting and KPI tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or business operations environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data and financial reporting
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and take initiative
