📋 Description

• Own end-to-end people operations, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and lifecycle processes.
• Manage HR systems and people operations tools, ensuring accurate records.
• Support compensation processes, including salary updates and equity docs.
• Build and maintain company culture initiatives and remote team engagement.
• Coordinate offsites, travel, venues, and agendas from start to finish.
• Organise board meetings, materials, notes, and follow-up actions.

• 3+ years in operations, corporate administration, legal operations, or similar in a high-growth
• Proven experience managing critical processes with attention to detail (contracts, board ops
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information (compensation, records).
• Understand business agreements and know when to involve legal experts.
• Proactive, focused on improving processes and mitigating risks.
